"When can the community provide input on the new hospital?"

Our hospital is built on a mission: To heal the sick and improve the health of our community. At OMHS, we are planning to create a new facility that will help us fulfill this mission effectively and efficiently.

And, we are counting on your input.

With the completion of the purchase of the Pleasant Valley site, we move into what is called the design phase of the project. During this period, we will be asking members of the community, as well as physicians and staff, to provide ideas and feedback about the new hospital. Your input will help establish the foundation on which the new hospital plans will be developed.

This design phase will last approximately 39 weeks. From December 2007 to September 2008, we will be hosting a number of meetings and other opportunities for you and your neighbors to offer your views on our “hospital of the future.” In the meantime, we encourage you to let us know your thoughts and concerns.
