OMHS to acquire Eagle Family Medicine in downtown Beaver Dam
Clinic will become third OMHS MultiCare location
OWENSBORO, KY (May 27, 2009) – Owensboro Medical Health System (OMHS) announced today that it has purchased Eagle Family Medicine & Urgent Care, the Ohio County practice of Darby Cole, MD. The agreement will be effective August 10 when Eagle becomes an OMHS MultiCare clinic.
Dr. Cole’s practice will continue to offer family medicine, urgent care, radiology, imaging and laboratory services in its downtown location, 1213 North Main Street in Beaver Dam. Dr. Cole will also keep his admitting privileges at Ohio County Hospital.

MultiCare Ohio County will continue to employ its current staff, which includes two nurse practitioners—Vanessa Price and Faye Houston. The clinic accommodates many patients each day, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm and urgent care only on Saturdays from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
