When you visit our hospital we want you to feel comfortable and prepared. Preparing for your visit helps ensure that you are ready for your procedure, test or surgery.

If you are being admitted for an inpatient stay or an outpatient test or treatment, you must be registered.

To pre-register call Admitting at 270-688-1141.

Admitting hours are:

• Monday – Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

• Saturday, 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

• During all other hours, please enter through the Emergency Room.

If you have a scheduled surgery, you will undergo a pre-surgery evaluation at the OMHS PreAdmission Center. Located just off of the main Parrish Avenue entrance, the PreAdmission Center will help prepare and relax you before the day of your surgery.
